Individual Support Services
Individual Support Services is a service specifically designed for a person who has not lived independently and is embarking upon this journey within the past 90 days. ISS partners the professional with the supported individual to assist with development and maintenance of healthy habits and core skills needed for successful independent living. Transitioning from a group setting or family home into independent living, especially when maintaining MH/SUD recovery, is a challenging endeavor. Ariel staff are here to help navigate the initial steps towards stability in this new phase of life. This service is a higher level of care from Peer Support and requires pre-authorization to engage in this program. If you believe you would be helped with having this service please call and discuss for further details.
